Through workshops, on-site visits, and one-on-one coaching, IES equipped the team with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cIES made the process manageable for us as a small business,\u201d Ilana said. \u201cThey broke down complex concepts, helped us develop documentation and offered support whenever we felt stuck.
